Welcome back! This week I'm showcasing a range of recent creations. At the moment I'm just creating as I have time and as inspiration hits. As a family, we've had a very busy and stressful 4 months and at the moment I'm taking the time to have a breather and just create for the fun of it.
My first card is a little pink donkey I've had sitting on my computer for ages! I'm so pleased that I printed her out and had a go at colouring her. I love the final result so much, that I printed another one and turned that into a little blue donkey LOL. These images are by Meljen's Designs and they are super cute for that perfect baby card!
I coloured both donkeys with Copic Markers. And cardstock are all from GinaK Designs.
The DP for the pink donkey is a little scrap from my stash.
The DP for the blue donkey is from the 'A Boy's Life' collection by Echo Park.
The salmon coloured ribbon is Crushed Silky Ribbon by the Ribbon Carousel and the blue twine is by The Twinery.
All the other embellishments are from my stash.
I've also been very busy making thank you cards for a number of people, and have been inspired by one of Melanie Muenchinger's latest creations (click on the link to visit Melanie's blog and see her fab tutorials):
Again, all cardstock are by GinaK Designs.
The image and sentiment are from the 'Nature's Greetings' set by GinaK Designs and were stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black.
I used Copic markers to colour the images and added stickles to the centre of each flower.
Lastly, I just had to use this Fairytale Princess digi image by Saturated Canary. This image reminds me of all the fairy tales I read as a child and I'm entering it into this week's challenge #39 "Read All About It". I'm also entering this card into this month's challenge over at the Ribbon Carousel (RCC #78 - Spring).
Cardstock is by GinaK Designs. The DP is from the 'Lost & Found 3' collection by My Mind's Eye.
I coloured the princess using Copic markers and added stickles to her dress. I cut out the image using my Cuttlebug and a circle die by Spellbinders. I sponged some TH distress ink in Faded Jeans around the image.
The ribbon is by the Ribbon Carousel.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you have a fabulous weekend!
Hugs,
M
